Advocacy to help ensure birth preferences are communicated and respected

Assistance in adapting to changes in the birth preference list as needed

Birth photography or videography if desired

Newborn photo book of pictures from baby’s arrival - *for an additional fee

1-2 hours of physical and emotional support after birth

Assistance with initial breastfeeding and getting settled with baby

Two in-home postpartum visits within the first two weeks after birth

Light housework, emotional support, and debriefing of the birth experience

Guidance on newborn care, feeding, and recovery

Favourite cozy snack and fresh flowers

Referrals to additional postpartum resources as needed
