Choosing a doula means having personalized care, emotional support, and guidance throughout your birth. My focus is on you—your needs and your experience—so you can feel confident, supported, and at ease. Together, we create a calm, nurturing space to welcome your baby.
No matter how you plan to give birth—at home, in a hospital, by cesarean, or at a birth center—I’m here to support you. I combine medical knowledge with compassionate care to help you feel informed and empowered every step of the way. It’s my heart to walk alongside you and your family, offering Christ-led support as you welcome your baby in a calm and beautiful way.
What’s Included:
Prenatal Visits (60-90 mins each)

Three in-depth sessions to discuss birth preferences, comfort techniques, and preparation

Guidance on creating a birth preference list

Education on stages of labour, interventions, coping strategies, and how your partner can

Open communication via phone, text, or email for questions and reassurance

Availability Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM

On-call availability 24/7 from 38 weeks until birth
Birth Doula Support

Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labour and birth

Assistance with comfort measures such as breathing, positioning, and relaxation techniques

Advocacy and communication support with medical staff

Labour & Birth pictures if desired

Immediate postpartum support for bonding and breastfeeding
